  • this remote is a head scratcher. there are four HDMI ports in on the receiver the top four buttons on the remote correspond to those ports there are four other buttons with TV CBL game and media what are these four I have no idea in a typical scenario in watching the fire stick and I want to go to live TV pushing the TV button does nothing what I have to do is put down the receiver remote pick up the LG remote change the input source to the antenna tuner then to get back to the fire stick I changed the input on the TV pick up the remote and push the correct button to access that port on my old system I could just hit return and it would go back to the last item used so now I'm juggling two remotes just to access the most commonly used sources when you are flipping back and forth it's a hassle when I call tech support I was told that this is not a universal remote and you couldn't program it I asked why the buttons were there then and he couldn't answer it I have no idea what the other buttons are for since all I got was a quick start guide ▶ Onkyo TX-SR393 5.2 Channel A/V Receiver @ 1:52
