Tab 15

Reviewer verdict

Across 5 YouTube reviews, the Blackview Tab 15 earns an Index score of 4.1/5, ranking #16 among Tablets. Reviewers most often praise its operating system, build quality, battery life, while the most common criticisms concern operating system, performance.

Reviewers consistently praise the Blackview Tab 15 for its exceptional value, highlighting its sleek, thin, and lightweight aluminum unibody design that feels premium for its price. The large 10.5-inch FHD+ display delivers vivid colors and is Widevine L1 certified for high-definition streaming. Audio quality is another strong point, with quad speakers providing loud, clear, and immersive stereo sound. Performance is solid for everyday multitasking and media consumption, thanks to its octa-core processor and ample RAM, which is virtually expandable. A large-capacity battery ensures long usage, often lasting two to three days. The inclusion of a PC mode, full 4G LTE connectivity, and a bundled case and screen protector further solidifies its position as a feature-packed budget tablet.

The tablet's primary weaknesses stem from its budget-oriented hardware. Performance is not suited for demanding gaming, which is limited to low or medium settings, and benchmark scores are modest. The cameras, both front and rear, are considered basic, producing images with low sharpness and subpar quality. The display, while vibrant, can be difficult to use in bright outdoor environments and notably lacks an auto-brightness sensor. Other minor drawbacks include slow facial unlock, potential compatibility issues with some streaming apps at maximum quality, and uncertainty regarding long-term software updates.
