The Sole F63 (2022) is repeatedly praised for its solid, durable build and running-capable performance, with many reviewers (mentions across Features, Durability and Performance) highlighting the 3.0+ CHP motor, 12 mph top speed and 15% incline as strong points. Reviewers frequently note the treadmill’s roomy running surface, cushioned deck and comfortable underfoot feel, as well as useful comfort touches like extended handles and a fan (comfort mentions are common). The F63’s straightforward feature set, integrated tablet holder/USB charging, Bluetooth speakers and included wireless chest strap are repeatedly cited as practical tech and convenience additions. Reviewers also emphasize strong value and warranty support, with many calling it a top-quality folding treadmill for its price and pointing out the lifetime frame and motor warranty and several years of parts coverage.

Criticisms center on the basic, somewhat cramped console and limited tech—many reviewers call the 6.5-inch LCD and button layout underwhelming compared with more advanced treadmills, and the fan and speaker placement/function receive frequent complaints. Assembly and heft are commonly noted issues, with several reviewers saying the unit and its box are heavy and can make installation awkward or require two people. A smaller group of reviewers report slower incline/speed transitions, limited advanced connectivity and occasional slight shake under heavy running, indicating the F63 is less feature-rich and slightly less refined in transition responsiveness than higher-end models.
