Across 16 YouTube reviews, the ProForm Pro 9000 (2024 Model) earns an Index score of 4.1/5, ranking #53 among Treadmills. Reviewers most often praise its features, tech integration, comfort, while the most common criticisms concern value, features.

The Pro 9000 (2024 Model) is widely praised for its tech-forward features and large, high-resolution touchscreen, with many reviewers (most notably across Features and Tech Integration) highlighting the interactive displays, extensive workout apps and iFit/Google Maps integration. Reviewers frequently commend its strong motor and performance capabilities (multiple mentions in Features and Performance), roomy 60-inch deck and comfortable cushioning systems that suit runners and long-distance workouts. Many also note solid build quality and durability, a folding design with transport wheels for easier storage, and a good value proposition given the bundled short-term iFit access. Overall, reviewers commonly agree the machine delivers a feature-rich, comfortable running experience backed by a sturdy frame and expansive tech ecosystem.

Criticisms center on value and ownership hassles, with numerous reviewers reporting long delivery waits, customer service issues, and the treadmill’s reliance on iFit subscription features. Some reviewers found tech/connectivity finicky (Bluetooth/chest strap or Apple Watch problems, lag on slow internet) and noted assembly difficulties or missing parts. A smaller but repeated set of complaints mentioned durability and stability concerns — console shaking or belt alignment issues — and that some comfort/feature tradeoffs (firmer deck, limited pulse sensors, fans that don’t move much) fell short of expectations.
