Reviewer verdict

Across 27 YouTube reviews, the Razer Huntsman Mini Analog earns an Index score of 3.6/5, ranking #61 among Gaming Keyboards. Reviewers most often praise its key switches, features, build quality, while the most common criticisms concern key switches, features.

The Razer Huntsman Mini Analog is widely praised for its analog-enabled features and customizable actuation, with many reviewers (45 mentions) highlighting USB-C connectivity, per-key adjustable actuation, dual-step actuation, and joystick/controller emulation. Reviewers also frequently compliment the switches and typing feel (35 mentions), calling the optical switches very smooth, quiet, fast, and reliable, and noting factory lubrication and muted bottom-out. Build quality and compact 60% layout are commonly noted (34 and 29 mentions respectively), with multiple reviewers pointing to a solid aluminum backplate, braided detachable USB-C cable, light portable form factor, and strong stabilizers. Additional recurring positives include bright individually addressable RGB and improved double-shot PBT keycaps, plus generally strong gaming performance and responsiveness (19–25 mentions across lighting, keycaps, and performance).

Criticisms focus on the switches and analog limitations (29 and 25 mentions), with reviewers noting lack of tactile feedback for some users, minimum 1.5 mm actuation limits, occasional accidental presses on linear models, and game compatibility or input-splitting issues when using the analog/controller functions. Layout and size complaints are common (23 mentions), as the 60% form factor removes function keys, arrow keys, and numpad, forcing frequent layer use that slows some workflows. Build and software issues are also reported (23 and 21 mentions), including a somewhat hollow light-feeling plastic case in places, rattly stabilizers, and frustrating Synapse/onboard-storage behavior and profile management for analog mode. Value concerns appear for a subset of reviewers (9 mentions) who feel the Analog variant is pricier than alternatives given these tradeoffs.
