Reviewer verdict

Across 21 YouTube reviews, the Amazfit GTS 4 Mini earns an Index score of 4.1/5, ranking #8 among Fitness Trackers. Reviewers most often praise its features, design/style, battery life, while the most common criticisms concern features, other.

The GTS 4 Mini is widely praised for packing a large feature set into a compact watch, with reviewers frequently citing the built-in GPS, extensive sports modes (over 120/126 mentioned), improved health sensors (continuous heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress tracking), Alexa voice assistant, and music storage/speaker capabilities; these feature-related positives were the most commonly mentioned across reviews. Reviewers also consistently compliment the bright, high‑quality AMOLED display and stylish, lightweight design, which came up repeatedly as making the watch look and feel premium despite its small size. Battery life and charging were another common strength, with many reviewers reporting multi-day endurance (several mentions of up to ~15 days typical use and multi‑day GPS support) and quick magnetic charging. Several reviewers additionally highlighted comfortable wearability and good overall value for the price, noting the device offers many Apple Watch–like functions at a lower cost.

Criticisms mainly focus on software and feature limitations rather than hardware: reviewers frequently noted notifications are not actionable, reply or interaction options are limited, and third‑party app selection and app store functionality remain constrained. The speaker/microphone and calling/music features were called inconsistent or limited by multiple reviewers, and Alexa or some features can be region‑restricted or unreliable. Accuracy and usability issues were also raised by a substantial number of reviewers, including occasional GPS lag or variability, conservative or inconsistent step/heart‑rate/spO2 readings, a non‑rotating side crown that offers limited scrolling, and intermittent connectivity or iOS compatibility quirks. A minority of reviewers pointed to missing high‑end features (no NFC/contactless payments, no ECG/blood pressure) and that actual battery life or always‑on behavior can be worse than some claims.
