Reviewer verdict

Across 35 YouTube reviews, the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro earns an Index score of 3.8/5, ranking #56 among True Wireless Earbuds. Reviewers most often praise its sound quality, controls and features, comfort and fit, while the most common criticisms concern controls and features, connectivity and stability.

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro are widely praised for their sound quality, with 60 mentions noting detailed, powerful audio (including 24-bit/Seamless Codec support, strong bass, clear mids/highs, and AKG tuning). Reviewers also commonly highlight feature-rich controls (35 mentions) such as customizable touch areas, 360-degree audio and head-tracking, and helpful SmartThings/find features. Noise cancellation and ambient/voice-detect modes are repeatedly praised (32 mentions) for effective ANC and improved transparency, and fit/comfort scores highly (31 mentions) with many saying the smaller, lighter design stays secure and is comfortable for long sessions. Connectivity and design receive positive notes as well (24 and 23 mentions respectively), especially seamless pairing with Samsung devices and the smaller matte form factor.

Criticisms cluster around limited cross-platform support and connectivity restrictions (26 mentions), with many reviewers noting key features and the 24-bit codec are Samsung‑device exclusives and poor iOS/app support or lack of true multipoint. Control and feature annoyances (24 mentions) appear often, including sensitive touch controls, a missing fully customizable EQ, and some experimental features buried in Labs. Sound and ANC receive some caveats (16 and 15 mentions): a subset of reviewers find upper mids/sharpness fatiguing, spatial/head-tracking less accurate than competitors, and ANC/ambient behavior can be inconsistent or overzealous. Value and battery life are also questioned by multiple reviewers (9 mentions each), citing the price and only about five hours of playback with ANC on as drawbacks.
