Reviewer verdict

Across 11 YouTube reviews, the Tineco Floor One S9 Artist Steam earns an Index score of 3.8/5, ranking #75 among Robot Vacuums. Reviewers most often praise its other, cleaning performance, maintenance, while the most common criticisms concern maintenance, ease of use.

The Floor One S9 Artist Steam is widely praised for combining powerful vacuuming with effective steam cleaning and large water tanks, a point mentioned across many reviews. Reviewers frequently highlight its strong suction, steam/Hyper Steam performance for loosening tough stains and sanitizing without chemicals, and substantial clean/dirty water capacity that supports longer runs between refills. The self-cleaning and flash-dry dock, anti-tangle brush design, and maneuverable low-profile body are repeatedly noted as making maintenance and access under furniture easier. Several reviewers also commented on long runtime and convenient smart features like automatic suction/water adjustment via sensors and an app, with many mentions across the dataset supporting these strengths.

Critics most commonly point to ongoing maintenance demands and the need to empty and dry tanks after each use, with many reviewers saying neglect leads to odors. Several reviewers found the unit limited for large or coarse messes and noted reduced capacity for big debris compared with some other models, and a handful reported mixed cleaning edge performance and slower operation in some scenarios. Other recurrent negatives include the added complexity and wait time for steam heating, the relatively high price and perceived value concerns, and occasional noise and weight complaints mainly tied to the filled unit.
