Reviewer verdict

Across 25 YouTube reviews, the Dreametech D10s Ultra earns an Index score of 4.1/5, ranking #50 among Robot Vacuums. Reviewers most often praise its navigation, maintenance, hard floor cleaning, while the most common criticisms concern navigation, hard floor cleaning.

The D10s Ultra is repeatedly praised for its very capable navigation and mapping, with many reviewers (48 mentions) highlighting lidar-based mapping, fast/accurate map creation, multi-floor maps, and advanced obstacle/AI object avoidance. Reviewers also frequently commend the maintenance conveniences (41 mentions), especially the effective auto-empty base, large dust bag capacity and easy-to-clean components that enable long hands-free intervals. Many reviewers note strong hard-floor cleaning and mopping convenience (25 mentions) — washable pads, adjustable dampness, mop drying and integrated water handling in the base — plus solid suction and cleaning performance on hard floors and everyday debris (23 mentions of suction, 15 mentions of cleaning performance). Additional consistent positives are the feature-rich Dreamy app and smart features for scheduling, zone control and remote camera viewing, good battery life for long runs, and generally quiet operation at lower settings.

Criticisms center on navigation and obstacle handling (26 mentions) where reviewers report inconsistent object avoidance, trouble with clear or small obstacles, occasional getting stuck, and some erratic behavior or difficulty with certain thresholds. Many reviewers find the mopping capability limited (21 mentions): it is a light wipe rather than a scrubbing mop, has a relatively small water tank, and can leave streaks or require frequent refills. Maintenance drawbacks include brush tangling and the need to replace dust bags (17 mentions), and several reviewers observed reduced deep-cleaning performance on carpets or fine debris compared with expectations (11 mentions), partly due to a single side brush and rubber roller design. A smaller number also called out app or usability annoyances (11 mentions), louder emptying/noise at high settings, and mixed results on carpet deep cleaning.
